Shipping & Delivery Policies

General Information

Part orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day depending on the product*. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship on the next business day depending on the product*. Weekend Orders placed will ship out the following Monday depending on the product*. This is the same for holidays, we will process your order the next business day after the holiday is over. Freight will be charged at the time of placing the order. Once the order is in the hands of your selected carrier, Tracey Truck Parts assumes no responsibility for any late shipments, lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Our processing time is estimated to be 48 Hours, but it varies based on stock, product, brand, and quantity. If you would like to double check processing and shipment time on a product please contact our Ecommerce Specialist and Parts Specialist during business hours. Any changes to shipping addresses if an order has been shipped will be at the customers cost. If your shipment is delayed by a carrier, please contact the carriers customer service. 

Tracey Truck Parts ships orders Monday through Friday. We exclude any major national United States Holidays. We mostly ship out our orders from New York, if we do not have the product here, there is an additional 3-5 day lead time. Depending on what parts you are purchasing, there are some items that need lead times up to 2-8 weeks. Any other FAQs can be found Here

This option is available to our customers. We have 7 locations across New York State you can pick up your order at. These locations are: Tracey Road Equipment: East Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, Watertown, Albany, Queensbury, and Utica. All customers picking up in person at one of our locations are required to pay New York State Tax unless tax exemption papers are provided to the Parts Specialist.

Delivery

When your package arrives, inspect for any damages and any issues before you sign the delivery receipt. We can not help you if you signed for a package and didn't note there was damage on the delivery receipt. The delivery receipt must note there is damage on the package before you sign.

Any oversize shipments will need a location and instructions on where to place the order. Any additional equipment required to unload your order from a freight carrier will be at the customers expense. If your package was not delivered, and the tracking info claims it was returned to the sender please contact us.

If the wrong part was delivered to you, please contact us within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Promotions

Any Shipping Promotion will be UPS or FedEx, and take 3 to 7 days to ship. Free Shipping is an example of a shipping promotion. When Free Shipping is offered, it only applies to the contiguous United States. These promotions do not apply to oversized and bulk orders, as well as certain brands and parts. If you would like to be quoted for Free Shipping for a bulk order please contact us.

Damaged Shipments

If your product was damaged in transit please follow the steps below:

  • Take pictures of the product as it was received as well as the box it came with. 
  • Email photos to: onlinesales@traceyroad.com and please put your order number in the email so we can identify your order. 
  • Call: 1 (800) 374-6488  to report your damaged product. Please file a claim within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  • Please keep the product in a safe area until we process your claim. 

Customer UPS & FedEx Account

If you would like to use your business's UPS or FedEx account, please contact us! We will decide if your account will work, then we can process your order and refund your shipping if you placed the order online. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up in your account. If you contact us before placing your order: We can create a separate invoice, and we will request a credit card authorization form as well as a copy of your license to set up an account through Tracey Road.
